DWA 215  is a modified Polyurethane Adhesive designed for the installation of glass mosaic tile, ceramic tile, vitrified tile and natural stone on most drywall boards and clean dry cement based surfaces. DWA 215® is a factory made pail consisting of pre-blended single component adhesive which is ready to use.

Description UltraTech FIXOBLOCK is a versatile thin jointing material for thin bed applications. This mortar is specially designed to provide stronger, much more durable bonding between the blocks with optimum adhesive strength. Areas of Application It is recommended for masonry wall preparation by joining all types of Autoclave Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, flyash bricks, flatbed concrete blocks etc with compressive strength below 6 N/mm2 . Method of Application: 1. Surface Preparation  Prepare the surfaces before the UltraTech FIXOBLOCK application by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents, dirt, dust and laitance.
 The cleaning can be carried out with suitable methods like by using wire brush, water jetting, mopping etc.
Wet the blocks, bricks, concrete blocks before application of UltraTech FIXOBLOCK to avoid any abrupt absorption of water from the material.

Mixing

 UltraTech FIXOBLOCK requires 25 % of water by weight of material.
 Mix UltraTech FIXOBLOCK to the measures quantity of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistency free of lumps. 

. Application 

It is recommended to apply UltraTech FIXOBLOCK with notch trowels for attaining uniform thickness of 3 mm consistently.
Avoid using UltraTech FIXOBLOCK in watery consistency (slurry form) to avoid generation of air pockets between the AAC Blocks and further cracks.

Shelf Life

UltraTech FIXOBLOCK has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Store at cool and dry place.

Safety Directions

UltraTech FIXOBLOCK is non-toxic. Use of gloves and goggles recommended. Any splashes to the skin or eyes should be washed off with clean water. In case of prolonged irritation, medical advice should be sought. UltraTech FIXOBLOCK is non-flammable.

"Polyglaze Jointing Mortar" is    a    thin    bed,    high   strength, pre-mixed,  quality  assured  mortar comprising  of Ordinary  Portland Cement, specially graded sand and Polymers.  It is specially formulated and easily applied, giving a better bonding with higher air entraining properties. "Polyglaze Jointing Mortar" is a masonry  mortar for use in laying various types of fly ash I concrete bricks, AAC blocks and stones.

It replaces conventional  jointing  mortar of 12-18 mm thickness  with highly versatile 3 - 4 mm thickness  mortar.

PUA 212 is a two component, modified Polyurethane Adhesive designed for the installation of ceramic tile, vitrified tile, metal tile, glass tile, agglomerates, glass mosaic tile and natural stone on any substrate. It is highly elastic, thixotropic and suitable to lay water sensitive tiles & stones on highly expandable, deformable, absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.
